We installed 18,000 HEPs in 9,000 coffee plants, 2 HEPs per plant. Temperature target in the system: 22C, 2 heap pumps used to regulate the temperature. Elite agro project Ltd installed the system with on-site supervision by members of the OptiCrop team.
We successfully managed to maintain the ideal root zone temperature between 20-24C with Heat Exchange probes and achieve higher coffee yield while air temperatures in the greenhouse reach 45 DC.
